Terms of Service

DetailerShip plans, produces, launches, and manages advertising for detailing businesses. Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines are set out on our website at the time of purchase or in a written order.

The "10 jobs in your first 30 days or we work for free" guarantee applies only to approved detailing businesses that meet the written eligibility and participation requirements, including responding to leads promptly, keeping the agreed ad budget running, and attending the strategy call. If we miss, we keep working at no management fee until the 10 jobs are booked; ad spend remains yours. A booked job is not a guarantee of collected revenue.

Ad spend is separate from any service fee and is paid by you directly to the advertising platform. You are responsible for the payment method on your ad account.

• Provide accurate business information, offers, and assets you have the right to use.
• Follow Meta's Advertising Standards and the policies of any platform we advertise on.
• Respond to leads and bookings promptly and honor the offers advertised.
• Comply with consumer-protection, privacy, and messaging laws in your market.

Our services depend on Meta, Calendly, and other third parties whose policies and systems we do not control. Ad approvals, account restrictions, delivery changes, and outages can affect results and are outside our control.

Fees are billed as stated at purchase. Ongoing services are month to month with no long-term contract and can be cancelled before the next billing date. Fees already paid are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in the guarantee.

You own the footage, photos, and brand assets you provide. We own our systems, scripts, templates, and know-how. Ad creative we produce for you may be used by you for your business; we may show it as an example of our work unless you ask us not to.

The services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. DetailerShip is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify DetailerShip against claims arising from your offers, your business practices, content you supply, or your handling of leads.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
